Said he can’t change things, his plan A is all he has and when stuck in a bad run. It just keeps getting worse. Was saying it would happen to Chelsea earlier in the season. In his first year as manager he got Derby into the play-offs, in his second, he got a Chelsea team under a transfer embargo into the Champions League spaces, at Everton in his first season he completed his remit in keeping the club up, and since he's been at Coventry he's won 8 in 16, and climbed from being in a relegation scrap, to having an outside chance of playoffs.
