It's the total lack of consistency by those governing the game that's the issue. I reckon if our player does that we'd feel hard done by if our goal was disallowed and we'd say it was soft, but given that the penalty was given and that wasn't even reviewed shows they had zero intention of enforcing the rules when related to Man United.

Yeah, feels like VAR has to take that away when they already intervened earlier to give a pen from a corner. Some consistency would be ace.
