Michael Thomas. My birthday on my first Mediterranean holiday with the then GF. That goes in and me and some lad from Sheffield (next table along with his Mrs and kids) who also hated "them" were on the table jumping and hugging and celebrating and screaming our heads off. Up there in my top 5 "non Newcastle" fave footballing moments.

The Aguero goal - was in the students union & they had both the Man U and Man C games on different screens. The Man U game finished first, all their fans in their red shirts came running over to where I was sitting near the Man C screens, a minute or two later the goal went in, every non-Man U supporting person in the place went absolutely mental. Was class.

Fair play, I’d have stopped following our club if that’s what we’d become. Whole thing is disgusting and only accentuates the farcical nature of the PSR rules that are dogging us, Forest, Villa etc

I liked your post because it needs outlawed. Not because I think we should get involved. It’s fucking awful for football to reduce a club in its own right down to just being a feeder club. Add in that you’re a feeder club that’s expressly there to do dodgy hustle deals and the whole thing is unforgivable

I agree.  With the Saudi clubs, we don’t even need to go full multi club and do PSR deals if PIF really wanted too (they don’t).

Aguerooooo. Was in a pub watching our match v Everton then they switched over to this at FT. Think it was still 1-2 at the time. It was in Felling and whole bar cheered. Don't think it was any hatred of Man U or love of Man City, just the sheer spectacle.
