Looking at the current state of the Conference League, if we get the summer recruitment right we’re definitely winning that next year (should we not get CL). I haven’t even heard of 2 of the 8 teams in the quarter finals.

I'd have been annoyed in the past if we had finished 5th/6th and not gotten Europa League but now that we win trophies I'm annoyed this is only Conference League.

 

Anyway, we're storming into the CL now anyway.

Boys should be floating on air. That's a massive weight off our shoulders and the fans should be buzzing their tits off for every game now. So I'd like to think we're gonna gather some momentum and smash these next ten games. 

 

Depended on injuries and how much today took out of some of the lads ofcourse. But with an international break, if the boys that aren't playing can rest up and hopefully the Brazilians boys aren't too tired when they get back.

 

We should be buzzing for that next home game.

Just need to navigate this Brentford game. Make sure it's not a after the lord mayors show scenario. 

 

Got a few that might have picked up a few knocks, plus the Gordon suspension and existing injuries. International boys flying off around the world.

 

But the stadium has to be bouncing surely, how could it not be? So the players hopefully will feel ten feet tall and play with no pressure or shackles and hopefully that will overwhelm Brentford despite their strong away form going into this. 

 

I think most won't be too bothered if we didn't win as we would have sold our souls for what happened today. But win this and we can set up a cherry on top of this season and finish top 5.
