Think it's the truth. His real name is Brent Di Cesare. His employers requested he use an alias when he started steaming and Mark Goldbridge was born.

Hahaha fuck off. His real name sounds like an awful alias an undercover cop would after being caught on the hoof.

Some of the stats from .com, fuck me we've been shit for years.

Quote

One needs to go back to the 2002/03 season to find the last occasion that Newcastle had reached 50 points or more after 27 games of a top flight season.

Game number 27 that season was a 3-0 win at Leeds in February 2003 that took Bobby Robson's side on to 52 points and left them third in the table.

Newcastle's 27th PL game of the season saw their thirteenth victory, matching the total recorded over the whole of 2021/22. The split is also the same as last season, winning eight at SJP and five away from it.

With five matches to play at SJP, an eighth PL home victory equals last season's total in the full season. The last time Newcastle won more than eight home games in a top-flight campaign was 2012/13 (when they won nine).

And this one's a good'un.

Following the 0-0 draw at Old Trafford earlier in the season, this result saw Manchester United fail to score a league goal against Newcastle in a season when they met for the first time since 1996/97.

Secured Champions League on the last day of the season. :shifty:

Have they changed the rules re head injuries? Yesterday after De Gea made that good save off Joelinton’s header and Schar hit the post, he went down with a head injury and the ref let Man Utd counter.

Bruno Whineandez kicked him in the side of the head and it should have been a pen. Anywhere else on the pitch and it’s a freekick

Yet when Antony was pushed over by Burn and was off the pitch the referee stopped the game.

Got McClaren written all over those subs.

After 80 minutes of seeing his high level team bullied all over SJP, all that was left was asking for Shteve’s tactical input. Might of worked in the Dutch league.

Surprising to see such a high level manager reduced to desperate measures.

McClaren would probably have taken off the only striker and put an extra midfielder on.

We can't use the 'United' card again though with Sky etc surely, when that huge surfer didn't even have the word included?

I don't object to being called just Newcastle.  What I think is a joke is when two United's are playing referring to one of them as United.

That rule never applies when we have a head injury.  Only when the opposition does so no change.

True, prime example being against the Micky Mousers at Anfield last season.

Erik Ten Hag has been absolutely shown up in the build up and execution of this fixture. Make no qualms about it.

He set the narrative by accusing us of being annoying, time wasting and all that absolute waffle then turned up to do the exact same. The famous Man United rocking up to St James' to put in a bottom 10 tactical plan. Imagine that...

All the mind games pre-match, all the supposed mind games on the pitch, and Eddie Howe went about the game and the presser as he always does -  focused, gentlemanly and thoroughly. That showed on the pitch. He'd done his research and we executed our plan - playing at our level.

Any team playing at their 'level' is a team playing of a certain standard for a prolonged period of time in my eyes and being 3rd after 2/3 of the season suggests to me that we're absolutely of this level. Whether other clubs aren't is their problem.

Nothing can be taken away from everyone at the club today. We've not spent much more than the vast majority of premier league clubs, especially if you consider Ashley's reign, we've worked professionally, hard, smart and within the confines of the leagues regulations. Cool, calm, measured. Just fucking awesome.

Ten Hag and Luke Shaw simply demonstrated the arrogance of Manchester United, and their day tripping wanker fans all fucked off home at the first sight of 2 0.

You've seen United. Now fuck off home.

Holy fuck , post of the year if there is such a thing O0

They were sitting the tier below me and looked to be having a whale of a time. What a match to get to. Couldn’t see Berbatov in their ranks unfortunately.

What is the word that each player seems to be saying as they go into the changing room at full time? Is it some naughty Portuguese word? Watch the match am back - noticed Burn saying it during Wilson’s 2nd goal…
