He's had 1 year to settle and adapt in a new country and environment. Most likely has been readied in training to adapt to what Eddie wants him to do and fit into the team. You could see when he did play last season, there were things he need to adjust and adapt to plus his own personal issues could have hindered how he performed. Now that all these issues are behind him, he can really put his footdown and do what he does best. Influential player to the team if Eddie plays him right.
