In theory we can. But for whatever reason I feel like the cards are stacked and it won't happen as easily as that. I thought Gordon's replacement would be in now. That's not me negative about the club either, it just feels like nee matter how much we try to do the right/best thing for nufc, shit happens to prevent it. We always seem to get kicked in the stones.
Holloway Posted Saturday at 21:24 Share Posted Saturday at 21:24 100 mill for last season's half marathon specialist, that'll dee. Plus it's lovely too see the recent softening towards our own Paperback Ryder, it seems the crayons have been packed away for now

But again - it's about bringing the right players in. Rebuild? Paying off what we owe from the high incomings from last summer would be more accurate. Yes, but they're going to still know we have money. Going for players from clubs that are financially struggling like Lyon wouldn't be the worst strategy and just triggering release clauses if they're players near the top of the list. GEFAFWISP Posted Saturday at 21:26 Share Posted Saturday at 21:26 Isak's antics bearing fruit now. Wonder if Sandro fancies giving preseason a miss to force our hand again. We're seen as pushovers, weak as fuck. #PIFOUT.

Casey Posted Saturday at 21:37 Share Posted Saturday at 21:37 I'm down at £100m and would have no animosity towards Tonali. I imagine the Brescia commonality with De Zerbi is a draw plus I'm sure his lass would love to be in a bigger city with more to do, better schools for kidda etc play a part. I wish we'd be a bit more proactive and have someone on their way in. Sometimes you have to get ahead of the sale and this one-in one-out approach is stifling as fuck. Eh well, I'm sure they know what they're doing. I'm resigned to judging this window at it's terminus as hard as it is to reserve judgement like. Menace Posted Saturday at 21:38 Share Posted Saturday at 21:38 Would be nice to get a replacement sorted so the club we turn to doesn't know we've got £100m waiting. Alex Scott would be tidy.
Nobody Posted Saturday at 21:38 Share Posted Saturday at 21:38 7 minutes ago, vexred said: Pushovers don't reject 80M bids Sandro is more than welcome to say he's never playing for us again and see how that works out for him. Isak has the upper hand because of the lack of strikers on the market, Tonali is way easier to replace. He also has the gambling ban hanging over him, we really hold all the cards here whereas we were fucked from Isak last summer.
