TheBrownBottle Posted Saturday at 22:09 Share Posted Saturday at 22:09 Baited or not I still think Spurs ‘feels’ right. I don’t think he’s looked anything like good enough for a top side, he’s the embodiment of a Spurs player
nufcjb Posted Saturday at 22:23 Share Posted Saturday at 22:23 At the end of the season, when there were rumours of him leaving, I was hoping Juve or some other Italian clubs were going to get him, not fucking Spurs.

TRC Posted Saturday at 22:28 Share Posted Saturday at 22:28 Just now, Nobody said: Who gives a fuck where he goes as long as they pay up? I’d rather him not go to teams I see as rivals. r0cafella Posted yesterday at 00:23 Share Posted yesterday at 00:23 For me, I couldn't careless about this guy at this stage. He's been desperate to leave and the efforts by his representative have been shameless and damaging. I hope Eddie has a handle on how he wants to play next summer because Sandro has flaws but his recovery runs and defensive work are absolutely vital to how we currently set up. I really don't want to see us trying to do the same things we used and scratching our heads as to why it isn't working ala the rat situation.

I think Eddie demands a lot of invention and thought from midfielders, especially now teams have figured us out somewhat. De Zerbi's system is very automated. Taking that problem solving away from Tonali could be the simplification his game needs.
Kanj Posted yesterday at 02:04 Share Posted yesterday at 02:04 (edited) Feelings aside if you don’t want to be here any longer I’m happy to sell you for the max we can get for you. You’ll be immortalised in my mind for that cup lifting season and win but it’ll end there. we moved the boat out for him, our best ever team needed him in the CL and we lost him for his own stupidity, we and the club supported him unconditionally and 2 seasons later he remains quiet but his reps are gasping for him to find another place to be. Later brother. Edited yesterday at 02:06 by Kanj

Kanj Posted yesterday at 02:10 Share Posted yesterday at 02:10 (edited) Yep agree of course @cubaricho think the nonsense of the munoz gazump has awoken the beast inside of me and I’m cracking off on anything NUFC related at this point. Annoyed to fuck we don’t seem to learn from our lessons and we have such a deep pocketed owner who’s getting literally beaten to signings for another summer going. I mean at some point have some bloody pride! Edited yesterday at 02:11 by Kanj

Like everyone else, I'm concerned about the crud we'll buy with it. It's a big fee, but the chances of signing someone better for cheaper is slim so it weakens us in a big way. Tonali isn’t worth £100m, if he wants to go to Spurs, that’s up to him but I’m not sure us selling someone for more than they’re worth (to anyone) constitutes us being ‘bullied’. At the risk of repeating myself, Tonali going to Spurs reflects poorly on him, not us.
