Well this is why City have become who they are. They've combined academy quality + churning with multi-club with excellent scouting and one of the best managers in the game (with some rule bending / breaking along the way). You have money and you are attractive because anyone wants to play in the PL... if today a promising 20-year-old was contested between Milan and Newcastle he would choose to come to you but if you have a scouting that sucks you will never see this player. We need 2-3 world class players and we can win it all, We have 8 top class players and the rest are simply not good/consistent enough. We must buy top class GK,CB,RW and we will be fine.
