I’ve a feeling we will go back in for Maddison. Really hope we don’t.

I think he’s good but that’s about it. He’s very hot and cold, but I think we will nibble if there’s a deal to be had.

Not a chance we do, imo.

This is the least likely transfer I think I've heard all summer, and someone told me the mackems were after Zaniolo.

Really? I’m just basing it from the fact we were heavily linked 2 years ago and we often go back. As I say, I really hope not.

No fucking chance he’s finished.

This post definitely needs a comma.

I know I'm being a grammar nazi but it's the difference between knowing your shit and knowing you're shit.

No chance we're even looking at Maddison or Kuluseski imo.. if we sell Sean or Willock, we'll go for a cheaper, more defensive midfielder imo

Although I continue to dream for a left footed creative wizard.

Trial done. Believe the verdict is due before the season starts.

Perhaps Guardiola knows the result and will go back for him,Why they didnt go for Gibbs White…

Just saw a photo of him and Bruno fishing somewhere a few weeks ago,Hope we have a try for him if he gets the all clear anyway

Spurs will be a nightmare to deal with trying to sign their players. Don't think they'd sell to a rival either

They will have to sell eventually.

22-23: £120m net

23-24: £130m net

24-25: £110m net

25-26: £100m net and going up

Like PSR must catch up with them soon? Helps its younger players by large so wages not so excessive, but it’s some spending for near fuck all to show for it bar a miraculous Europa League win.

Couple of expensive manager sackings / hirings in there too.

Not really anyone that jumps out in their squad that I feel is a move we must make. Maybe Mikey Moore if the first team route is being closed off for him at Spurs.

Kulu or Maddison as a #10 would be tasty here

I think we'll sign Kulu and Howe will become manager of both Newcastle and the Sweden national team.

Do not underestimate their match day/stadium income. Pretty sure it's the biggest moneymaker stadium in Europe.

Unlike us they have a world class stadium that receives high income from concerts and NFL events regularly, they have food venues that pay a lot to be in there and a place people go to meet pre game at £9 a pint for 3 hours pre kick off, this offsets a lot. Currently we avoid the ground like the plague and go to bars etc for drinks and food, its underestimated how important that ground is to allowing them to do all they wish financially
