NUFC Transfer Rumours

He have to be sounded out. I can't see him being interested after two refusals and we certainly don't want to be told Fuck off, three times in a row. Has he fulfilled any of his earlier promise at all?

What he done ?

Choosing a shithole like Paris over the mighty toon. Having an agent that’s a snake. The lad just needs to grow up a bit. My main concern if he came to us is that he’d be looking for his next move as soon as he got through the door

Reminds me of the time lots of people wanted us to promote Elias Sorensen from our PL2 side into the first team. I think it's lost on some people how big the step up actually is. A lot of players who play loads of PL2 football don't actually end up as professionals ffs [emoji38]

It's obviously not the same with International U21's to PL, but it's still a bit of a jump. Liverpool are looking to sell the tournaments best player and it doesn't appear as though there are clubs lining up for his signature.

He even looks out of depth in the Norwegian league for Vålerenga.

Where else can Ekitike play? I vaguely remember mentions of him potentially being able to play second striker/10/CAM the first time we were interested, but he's barely ever played anywhere other than up front according to his stats.

Not a chance we are in for Ekitike at the price quoted or that he would come here over the other options he will have.

Can see him at Liverpool once they sell Nunez

Isak won't leave this summer. Unless absolutely incomprehensible money is offered.

Despite that though, we seem to be looking to spend significantly on a striker that can step in for him at a very good level, and also play with him in a tandem.

Part of this,  may be with a view to Isak possibly moving on next summer when he goes into the last two years of his contract.

Think there's defenders out there we can get in the 20-30 million range, like we've seen with the fees quoted for the guy at Marseille and for Thiaw, and so more money could go towards the striker we bring in.

We've already gone as high as £50 million for Pedro so far, and have been linked with other strikers that will cost a decent amount, like Ekitike and Aghehowa.

Don’t Frankfurt want 100m euros for him? They seem tough in negotiations and normally don’t budge too much iirc.

Not the same as Southampton wanting crazy money for Dibling.

I'm amazed we haven't had a go for Dibling. I was certain we'd be all over him.

His agent using us again?

Yep

Would love the club to come and shut it down straight away but guess thats not the correct etiquette to keep favour with these agent cunts

West Ham linked. I can see them chucking the Kudus cash at Southampton for him. Good “bridge” club for him to continuing to learn his trade before Brady and Sullivan try to palm him off to a Cartel club.
