He plays in a midfield three but is the main link up player in transitions when Bournemouth attack, the thing with him is that not only is he good going forward but he also puts in the work that Howe would want from a pressing point of view. Gets the ball in the middle third and either passes or carries it into the final third/opponent’s box.
