We need more from our wingers, and Tavernier gives us less at peak age. 11 g/a is in a season is nothing special for a winger, especially as he's taking set pieces aswell. He left our youth system before he was 15 so we wouldn't even be able to claim him as a home grown player for European registration. I said let’s buy Bournemouth, I said it because we’ve had loads of former Bournemouth players here. You said we haven’t given Bournemouth any money since Howe joined. I added that we haven’t beaten Bournemouth since Howe joined, so that strengthened my argument for buying Bournemouth. They can’t beat us if we own them and absorb them into NUFC.
