Christ I fucking hate Gareth Southgate.

Gone from irrational to pretty fucking deserved hatred this week.

We don't create anything. It's shocking like.

I genuinely can't believe how bad this collection of players looks.

Some achievement by Gareth Southgate man.

Just incredible.

Fair. Big slip aside, he was ok (and he was sold down the river on that as well)

Trippier the only player who put anything over a 5/10 performance today.

He didn’t like, case of rose tinted glasses?

Sound like the media when we sacked Bruce.

You say this like I didn't watch Capello's World Cup 2010.

Not saying it isn't shite mind, it is.

Turgid, miserable, boring, cowardly and lifeless. The performance reflected the manager perfectly.

Bowen and Eze getting on and showing they're absolutely nowhere near good enough. Completely invisible.

What a load of shite that was. Nothing will change Southgate will serve up more of the same and then a QF/SF exit.

Bowen and Eze did nothing, but we dont have a midfield. Slowly passing it sideways FFS. We have pace and skil up front yet don't move the ball fast enough to cause a problem or use those players. Bellingham did nothing should have taken him off instead of foden

That was a truly horrendous performance; easily the worst I can recall in a tournament under Southgate. Didn't see the Belgium defeat in 2018.

That was absolutely appalling. I didn't think we would win this tournament but I think it's absolutely clear that there isn't a cat in hell's chance.

Obviously I've defended Southgate and I absolutely stand by that defence, but that was a horror show. That wasn't just bad, there was an absence of any amount of tactical definition. The players looked like they met yesterday.

I take solace from the fact that the opponents were shit too and barely looked like winning against a terrible England team, leaving me to wonder if the conditions were partially responsible. I'm clutching though.
