I’d be more disappointed we are moving away from a dual purpose player tbh. Has to be more than 2/3 options out there.

We know this year we are going to be playing a lot more games, so will have to use Isak carefully. Taking him out the team reduces our quality in front of goal by a fair margin.

 

Osula is raw and we can't depend on goal contribution from him, DCL isn't going to be the person to turn to if Isak is unavailable. I just don't see anything real logic in signing him.

Maybe. I certainly don’t know foreign markets well enough to comment, but you can see from the fees for the likes of Cunha, Mbeumo and Pedro, they don’t come cheap (I know people will say PL tax etc…), so you better be sure they can genuinely cover the multiple positions you think they can.
