No idea what people saw in him tonight, he was rubbish after he came on for first 10 mins.

I’m all on the Thiaw was a bad signing train but I thought he looked good tonight.

You do realise you're supposed to look at the screen and have your eyes open when the game is on right? [emoji38]

I was at the game, mate.

Might as well have stayed home then, because even close up you don't know what you're looking at.

Describing any of his performance as "rubbish" is absolutely mental.

I know we've kept a few clean sheets, I know Burn & Schar have done wonders for us for the last 3.5 years, I do think it's time to start moving towards a Botman & Thiaw partnership (and Ramsdale in goal) over the next few months, especially against the elite sides if we're going to progress.

Botman has to prove he can actually stay fit first. There's more chance he's moved on in 18 months than ever becomes a long term fixture for us IMO.

I’m fairly certain we see him partner Botman on Sunday with Hall at left back. I’m interested to see how they do as a pair considering they’re the ‘future’ centre backs for us

Yeah I’ve a funny feeling the back 4 will see 3 changes. Not that Howe usually does.
