He plays quite a few passes that look like they're great but the player they're going to doesn't react in the same fashion and it gets cut out or goes past them or whatever and it ends in groans from the crowd. Thiaw looks canny and Woltemade has his moments, but £150m + for the rest really irks me given we’re completely handcuffed by PSR. Wissa may come good and it’s far too early to write him off, but £55m is still ridiculous. Yes desperately scrambling at the end of the window but also desperately stupid. Ramsey I like but I’m still not sure what he brings to the table. Still, £43m for a player that might be better than Willock. He’s certainly not the type of midfielder we needed. Elanga I have no words really. Tried to give him benefit of doubt and time but he just looks completely lost out there.
