I used that term on here before, I assumed it had ceased to have any real connotations. Haven’t heard it used in anger since about 1992. Apparently not.

I mean I know/understand why it’s wrong, but like you thought it was kosher on here. Does the charity even exist still?

Well, he'll definitely improve us, so we've got stronger no question, more incremental than exciting personally but maybe that's just the PSR bullshits effect on things and dependent on what else happens

also always glad when players come to sign and its sunny

You can see why Ryan highlighted Elanga's dedication. This is a player who spends two-and-a-half hours in the purpose-built recovery room in his home after games; who works with a fitness coach and sports therapist in his own time; who kept boredom at bay during lockdown by only kicking the ball with his supposedly weaker left foot to improve it...

This bit from the Chronic article has certainly whetted my appetite and the transfer bath is overflowing!

Does his own recovery and needs less fitness coaching from the club?

Guess who wins again

Damn I miss that meme

Fuck off with what? Calling Keith a spaz? Some sensitives on here lately like lads. Christ.

Can you at all imagine how painful it must be to have a child or relative with a disability and have to read or hear that term just thrown around. If not, maybe don’t say it and assume people are just sensitive.

edit: saw your apology

Very important question, who was the last player we had that wore a headband every game?

Andreas ‘Headband’ Andersson, or  was Daniel Cordone after that?

I can't comment, we traded away our draft pick because we're a bunch of fucktards.

It was odd you came at me from an NBA angle. I was worried.

Sorry if it’s offended anyone. Used it for years and much worse on here.

ill use the term ‘thick nonce’ instead when describing obvious wordings on tweets that aren’t required.

Such things spill out of me Matty, if it is any consolation. Admittedly only a variant of that term and solely when calling one of my dogs (who I couldn’t love more and tbf is oblivious and probably thought her name was ‘No’ for the first six months of her life). Whilst it doesn’t mean you’ve the negative attitudes/shit values which underlie traditional use of such terms,  best (for us both) to give them a swerve.

Out of interest only would people prefer Elanga at £52m or the PSV lad at £30m? Seems as the transfer summer has went on there has been a change of opinion and many would prefer Elanga… no?

PSV lad would be a risk, he was not starting due to Perisic and the Dutch league is always hit or miss.

Elanga is proven premier league player, with many solid traits. Also having ties to other members of our team also help.

Well it seems with Elanga from N-O;

Denial, Frustration, Anger, Acceptance and then convincing ourselves he is the next Pele.

SOP for N-O

He will be a good signing I think but I was against it, so maybe I am also brainwashed with the N-O Ideologies

Isak has worn 14 at 3 clubs, not sure he is desperate for the 9 shirt. He’s iconic enough to wear it, but no reason he can’t make 14 as big for us as Shearer made the 9.

The No. 9 shirt status at NUFC predates Shearer, by quite a margin.
