This reminds me a bit like a liverpool move when they waited for players like salah and van dijk and seemingly overpaid but they were sure, lets hope it works out well. Scalvini, Elanga and Trafford would represent a huge outlay and leave us with little wiggle room over the next few windows without a relatively decent amount coming in via a sale.
