Wolves get any knocks vs Bristol City on Saturday? Seemed a competitive game unlike our glorified training session v Bromley.

They are stronger with Cunha back and we are weaker with Willock and Barnes probably missing.

If we win this I'll have to physically scroll on Fotmob to see the full sequence of greens.

Only just realised there’s a form option for the table view. Great app. Be good if it had Flashscore’s red dot for chances during the live matches.

West ham all over again, for me personally

I've felt this way for a while but I think they've demonstrated they're genuinely in a new mode now. I don't see Wolves as being a gimme at all given the new management, but plenty of reason for confidence.

If there's one to be nervous about, it's Bournemouth, who've been a bogey team for us. I'll see beating them as more of a statement than Man United or Tottenham, personally.

Looking forward to this, albeit with illogical feelings about us coming back from break, even though we faced full-strength Arsenal away just a week ago.

Any kind of scrappy win will do me. Isak has a great chance to beat Shearer and Willock with seven in a row, but that is completely secondary.

Would usually think we'll do the normal Newcastle thing and probably suffer a tame loss after some good results. But the last few months have been anything but normal. We've reached brilliant levels of technical excellence and organisation.

Head says 3-1, heart says 0-1.

This is a tough game, not because Wolves are any good but because we've had a mini break and we have to get back on the horse.

If we win this, we will win the next few and cement our CL run.

If we draw/lose doubt might creep in and we don't need that.

Im not sure a week is a mini break .. but I think the cup game makes it feel like that.

We’re in a different place to when we played West Ham so hopefully no repeat but ideally need to get off to a good start and we’ll be ok.

I just feel like we were bouncing from game to game and this is like a new set of fixtures from a mental point of view. Hopefully the players don't feel like that.

From a pure tactical point of view, Strand-Larsen is the sort of striker that Burn loves to play against. Cuhna on the break is something we need Sandro to look out for.

Provided we deal with those two, we should dominate the game and they will give us plenty of chances.

I also think from a Wolves psychological point of view, they really don't want SJP on a Wednesday night.
