I usually go for the 'N-O search test' and it's not good reading like.

 

He's a homer ref to the absolute extreme from what I remember. No idea what that looks like at a neutral venue.

I wonder if we had Botman whether Howe would play Burn at full back, tuck him in and have Trippier higher up the pitch as part of the system that served us very well two years ago.

 

Not that it matters, because Botman isn't fit. Think he'll play one of Livramento or Trippier at left back. Can't see him trusting Targett.

Botman trained and was close to playing against Brighton. But now his knee has fallen off and he’s done for the season. 
 

Forgive me if I’m skeptical. I’d rather wait for something a bit more concrete than Twitter ITK’s.

Have you not followed us since Howe came in? There's so many examples of where he says stuff like the above, only for it to turn out they're properly injured and out for weeks/months.

 

Happened similar with Isak last season. Would be totally inkeeping with the last couple seasons, and the signs have been there the last few weeks.
