Worked pretty well in the league game v Arsenal.

Just because something works well in one game doesn't mean it'll work well in another. Teams come alive to the way things operate; tactics evolve. Just look at the drop off from our form over xmas.

That doesn't mean it can't work though.

It also worked extremely well for a lot

of the 4th placed season. We didn’t go away from it due to it not working. More injuries and also the fact that Gordon was our best player last season.

Willock hasn’t exactly been in good form. But then Barnes has also been flattering to deceive since that mad run early on.

Maybe Little Joe just needs his mate Big Joe back on that side.

They’re a better team, we have injuries and suspensions, form isn’t good, we shouldn’t stand a chance. Still that blind hope crawls out of nowhere. Hate it.

It'll be stamped out soon, don't worry about it.

Nah, sorry.  Barnes has to play.  TTA is an absolute shit defender.

That’s over the top on TAA and a boring narrative.

Not about Joelinton playing LW, it’s him covering defensively the left side and Isak attacking from inside left channel, with two strikers up top. Murphy the direct winger to get balls in, and two strikers that will be chomping at the service.

Think Barnes will play himself out of starting contention Monday night, just not sold on him at all.

Just watched Liverpool highlights based on what others have said.

Nunez should have walked. Clearest red card you’ll see for a while.

Even their first penalty was questionable at best, think we’ll be up against 12 men next week because anything that’s marginal the officials will be rushing to give them the decision.

I’ve got train booked from Leeds and back.  Need to drive to Leeds and still need to book a hotel in dirty Leeds for after the game.  Got to be in work in Newcastle for 8am Monday.  Why the fuck they can’t play finals on Saturdays is mental
