2 years ago I was offered a ticket for the league cup final and turned it down because I wanted to be with my boy when we win something. Today was one of the greatest experiences of my life watching that with him. He burst into tears at full time and we just cuddled for about a minute. That’s about as good as it gets to be honest lads.

I still can't believe we won. The scenes and interviews were just pure stuff of dreams.

 

I weirdly felt numb when we won. The Chiesa goal, the VAR delay, the fear of Liverpool finding a killer second... I think it almost gave me PTSD  - I've not been able to take anything in past the final whistle yet.
