What does "interest accelerating" mean?

Aye. And another one is when folk moan about sports journalism and then use exactly the same kind of language themselves. Weirdos.

Recruiting a “back up” striker must be the hardest thing to do. Knowing you’re coming to play behind the main man.  What level of quality can you get? Seems other than top tier such as Pedro or Ekitike, Wissa would be a great shout.

I think there's clearly some of you with a bald bias or an anti-bald agenda, so imagine if you will, the following French footballer has just banged in 19 goals for a mid premier league team and you'd all be frothing at the gash and asking us to splash £50m on him:

At this rate I wouldn’t mind letting Forest sign him and we could get Wood for 10-15m instead

One of the other issues with his age is, if both ourselves and Spurs are offering the same wage, he will go to the club where he won't have to uproot his family to move to.

Do players not take into account the cost of living when moving out of a London to a Newcastle?

I actually never seen this mentioned as a plus or pulling factor for clubs in parts of the country that are not as expensive to live in.

When you get paid what footballers do, I’m not sure the cost of anything comes under consideration.

When you’re on PL wages, I think the short answer, is absolutely not.
