I know, direct from various people, how much work goes into all of this. It’s disheartening when deals don’t come off, but it’s even more disheartening when you read constant negativity from people who haven’t got a fucking clue towards people who work hard and only want what’s best for the club.

I agree it would be sensible and ideal but we appear to still be in talks for Wissa so doesn’t make sense. 
 

imo Isak has checked out and club know it or else why would we be trying so hard to replace him

True to some degree. But it makes sense to give a fucker who doesn't want to be here some competition. Whether he stays or not for now, getting his potential replacement right now is the right thing to do.

It's all well and good you knowing x, y, and z, the people involved, and that the effort is there. If the bottom line is that they don't get the job done they're worthy of flack and the people who employed them are much more worthy of flack. I don't blame Andy Howe and Nickson at all, they - just as Eddie has - have been hung out to dry.

 

You've reiterated that if we sign Sesko or Ramos that Isak will 100% be sold to Liverpool. For some, me included, that alone is in direct conflict with what's best for the club and their intent to do what they think is best is really here nor there if they've demonstrated that they're not competent in these situations.
