From what I can see on FB ref he's taken 9 penalty kicks in his career for club and country (not including shootouts) and scored them all.

 

I think people are reading a bit much into the whole 'didn't want to take a penalty' thing.

His game needs so much developing and he couldn't have really picked a worse club and manager for that.

Sheshko is the right pronunciation I think, that's how he says it himself.
