This has to be one of the most frustrating windows for a number of reasons.

I wonder how much they feel like shelling out huge money on Isak seeing what Ekitike does for them already. Ekitike could be a regular lone striker for them this season and bag a high amount of goals. You don't need to pay well over £100m more for depth.

Maybe we should target forwards at clubs who have other options and don't need to buy before they sell to us? Brentford selling Wissa and Wolves selling Larsen leaves them stuck so it's no wonder they're awkward deals.

Why would he take a significant wage cut to leave the side he's just signed for, is doing well for, and is incredibly likely to win trophies at, just to move here?
