Pilko
We've already played Barca once and whilst we made a decent fist of it I think over two legs they'd do us with a bit to spare. Bit like playing Man City in a one-off game at home which you'd fancy we had a chance in, but over two legs like the semi it was going to be nigh on impossible. Chelsea are up and down at the moment and I'd back us to make that a super competitive tie so I'd have to choose that, as romantic and cool as the Barca tie would be. Probably just prefer it to be Chelsea. I'd say it's a slight con for Barca that we've already played them at SJP and lost to them this season. I'd take Barcelona any day of the week still. We're already playing City 5 times this season, fuck playing Chelsea 4 times (3 in a row as well) too.

Tisd09
Genuinely not sure who I would want at this stage. I think on our day at our best we could better both of them over two legs but I'm not sure of the "aura" of Barcelona would get the better of us. Zero
Doesn’t matter. We need Livramento back for both teams anyway to stand a chance.
Danh1
Really conflicted because I haven’t done a European trip this season and Barcelona falls nicely - and I’ve got a ticket sorted already. Bur Chelsea represents a better chance for progression. The thought of playing Liverpool after is depressing as fuck, though.

PSG are one of, if not the best team in Europe and we're unbeaten in 3. The away game in 23/4 we rode our luck but we were the better side in the home game and last month I felt. Same with Barcelona, up until the goal they struggled to deal with us. These teams aren't used to teams putting them under pressure like we do. Put Gordon up front and we could unsettle any non-top 4 PL side. Chelsea are obviously a better team than us this season and are used to playing teams who press from the front every week. I think they'd be more equipped to handle us and beat us. Barcelona maybe get a game like us a handful of times a year. I think we could beat them. We'd need to ride our luck a bit but we would have to with Chelsea as well, but I reckon we could beat them.
gdm
Chelsea are far more beatable over two legs than Barcelona
andyc35i
That’s my view too. Barcelona is the glamour tie but we have a very small chance of getting through it. We could easily beat Chelsea over two legs, we just need to turn up like we did in the league game and we’re in with a big shout
SteV
Seems the Nou Camp is still only at 45k capacity. Feels a bit half arsed if we go there and it’s less than 50% open.
ramirez
Also torn, would fancy Barca trip after going over and the game being called off in 02, but Chelsea much easier on paper, and could be Spurs/Atleti after that. Although part of me thinks we raise game for european opponents and chelsea would just turn into usual premier league away loss.

RobsonsWonderland
I don't want to play Chelsea, than Liverpool, man City etc I want to play Barcelona and give it our best Nobody dreams of the champions League and thinks of playing another English team
Optimistic Nut
I think people are over-rating this Barca team or more likely I'm under-rating them clearly. I'd take all of the PL side bar Spurs to beat Barcelona over two legs. Just watching our away form domestically I'd not be confident going to Chelsea and going through unless we had a 2+ lead up here. I think we could unsettle Barcelona though. Doctor Zaius
If we were to get to the Semis theres a fair chance we could play City given they're on our side of the draw. Playing them 7 times this season.

Abacus
Heart says Barcelona, head says Chelsea. But really we've got a puncher's chance against either. Then just see where the draw goes after that and enjoy the ride. I'm not expecting to win it or anything, just want a few more Euro nights.
GeordieDazzler
I’d like Barca simply as it’s Europe and I don’t want to play other domestic sides.

Coffee_Johnny
What do you reckon the odds are for getting a home ticket for this on 10th March? I’m member but also prepared to try different ‘routes.’ (I’m already up in Newcastle from the 11th/Wednesday night but could come a day early). Demand still gonna be high either way though.
alexf
Didn't realise the games were coming up so quickly. Shame we still won't have Bruno back. For some reason I still have a sneaky feeling the Barca high line could suit us better if we get it right and use our pace upfront successfully and don't get done by a worldie from Rashford this time. On the flip side their midfield taught ours a lesson last time and they also didn't have Yamal either. But I can stomach losing to Barca far better than Chelsea. Especially as we likely lose that away League game aswell which would make a grim week.
