kenlau88210
Tough test. Arsenal in good form we will need to be at our best on Sunday.
Yorkie
Feels like the best chance these have had at SJP for a few years. I know we need to get our show on the road eventually but I'd take a point and a good performance here. Will be very tough.

Menace
They've just got Saka coming back who's not fully fit and Madueke out with a knee injury. They're in good form but these are the type of games we excel in. 2-1 win.
cubaricho
We feel like their bogey team these days. And they haven’t been good at all this season. I think we’ll nick this 2-0. Edited September 25, 2025 by cubaricho
Elliottman
A win would really set us up nicely for the rest of the season. Would put us a point behind these and finishes off a really tough set of opening fixtures.
Mattoon
Pope Tino Botman Burn Hall Bruno Tonali Joelinton Murphy Woltemade Gordon Into these! Got us down for a 2-0 win but it'll be a tough test for us, trust Eddie to get the tactics spot on though, he has lego heeds number.
Sibierski
Really would like Elanga to start this for the direct pace behind Arsenal, and to finally see him play with Woltemade from the start. Tino - Botman - Burn - Hall Tonali - Bruno - Joe Elanga - Woltemade - Gordon Get our strongest left side going again and for first time what should be our strongest right side. Effectively our strongest XI on paper based on historic form / new signings.
Ben
4 good central defenders to choose from is a problem we have probably never had.

I really hope not, as I just don’t like much about it. Our build up and passing out from the back is often a bit lacking. I find it even worse in this setup and not sure going direct will work against Arsenal and with the attacking options we have. I’m also not sure how you work Big Joe in and I think you need him for games like this. Not good enough in a 2 and I don’t think he’d play wide or left/right behind Woltemade. Nor do I think he’d suit that role in this formation.
alexf
Found it odd we played Joelinton for the full 90 last night and kept Willock on the bench. Surely Willock isn't starting against Arsenal instead of big Joe? Or does it mean we are likely going back 5 again.
