Ian Woan.

That's my overriding memory.

Aye, Chris Wood Boxing Day runs close too now for me but Ian Woan will always be at the top.

I think wor Elliott will play out his skin, Geordie players always do vs us.

Huge game for our PL season before the break and eminently winnable if we can keep the same energy as the USG match. Looking forward to Ramsey and Wissa after the break too. Like new signings [emoji38]

No reason to rotate unless we feel we get an immediate benefit. Perhaps Miley for Joelinton but not much else.

I'd definitely start considering Miley as a first teamer this season, but against Forest I think we'll dominate possession and the game should suit Joelinton.

No Tonali?

:dowie:

Tonali has basically played every minute for us this season bar the Bradford game, as well as playing the two games for Italy in the last International break, and he's going to need a rest at some point, and I feel like this game against a team who have been struggling and are in transition is a good time to do that

I'm all for rotations, but we can't be resting key players so that they are fit to play 2 games for their NT. Let Italy worry about whether to field fit/fresh players over better but tired ones. First game is Estonia 6 days after the Forest game. I'm sure they can manage without him.
