[CLPO, 1st leg] Qarabağ vs. Newcastle United: 18/2/26 @ 17:45 (TNT Sport)

I reckon Wolt would love to play up front against these. I doubt he'll get roughed up the same as he does in the EPL, that should mean he could have more impact in the penalty area.

There again you could probably say the same for Osula and Wissa as well. Half the problem has been even getting the supply into the penalty area, they would all probably fancy their chances more in a game like this rather than the PL.

Think people might be underestimating these slightly. We should still win, but they've had results in the CL this season against Chelsea, Frankfurt and Benfica, they aren't complete mugs

Strongly fancy another win here, 2 or 3 nil, even if we were to get beat though I don't see next week being too much of a problem as if we lose it's unlikely to be a hammering

Narrator: 'It was a hammering'

No doubt, I'm expecting a draw for this or a small win of one goal maybe. Should be a different story at SJP though.

I think this is probably true, but also we could hammer them.

Definitely glad to be playing away first on this one.

Feel like we should win, but it's giving me CONCACAF trauma flashbacks. Away games to backwater nations are never as simple as they seem.

Crazy dirt pitches, referees under real threat of being torn apart by a mob in the stadium, a lot of variables you don't see in the premier league.

Well now you've piqued my interest. Any match where a ref is in danger of being torn apart by frenzied mobs is likely to provide a spectacle.

That’s not where we’re playing tomorrow,  they have to play CL games at the national stadium:

Nice setup. The lads can give the track a go to warm up at 65 minutes before going on to the pitch.

Nee refs in danger there then. The irate fans would be nackered before they even got to the pitch.

Yeah I figure UEFA has pitch standards, still I wouldn't be surprised if things get weird out there.

Hopefully more of a "gee that's different" weird and less catastrophe "WTF...why....JUST WHY?!?!!".  (I too have experienced CONCACAF in all it's glory)
