Andy84
We need our 2 wide players Barnes and Murphy/Elanga narrow as possible as that’s where they’ll be the most dangerous close to Gordon. Full backs have a huge job of providing the width high up the pitch - it’s a big ask. our wide men staying wide and crossing balls in will be perfect for them. We really need that early breakthrough, get it and we’ll win comfortably. Longer it goes can see them growing into it.

Only thing really in his favour is the ability to smash a thunder bastard into the top corner which is sometimes what you need against a low block and is something that I don't think we usually do enough of when trying to break teams down. NUFCDoog
Still not sure how this will go the closer it gets. For the game at their place I was pretty accepting going in that we'd get beat based on how both teams were performing at the time. This time its different, but it all depends on yhe reaction from Wednesday. As I said earlier in the week, if we'd not played or won, id be fully confident we'd beat these, as it is im just not sure, and the amount of flukey goals they've ended up scoring to win tight games this season is unreal so there's that danger. Saying that, usually when SJP is fully up for it we can blow teams away early on, and im much more confident when we face an Arsenal/Chelsea/Man City at home than I am a Fulham/Palace/Burnley, so if we can make it like thr former we should be ok. Just need to make sure if we do go 1 up, we dont do what we've done so many times and sit back and concede.

Well we have played nearly 20 more games than them this season and are straight off the back of an intense and bruising trip to the Nou Camp. Everyone involved has already given so much this season and we've had to demand that they just go again and again and again. Something had to give; it did against Man City and it did - with bells on - the other night. It'll take some effort to pick ourselves up again and the annoyingly competent mackems will fancy it. I'm not looking forward to it at all, like. A draw wouldn't be a good result but it wouldn't be a terrible one considering how awful a defeat would be. I'd take us just getting through it relatively unscathed tbh. A loss just doesn't bear thinking about.

Wolfcastle
Probably go the way of 2013. Almost all of us in agreement we'd rather win the European game than beat them a few days later and will end up winning neither. Whitley mag
We’ve been shite at home and they’ll play exactly like Everton did. It still depends which version of us turns up, but can’t say i’m going in with huge confidence. We need to cut out the individual errors and the keeper situation worries me, they’ve got some big units at set pieces. Feels big tomorrow for the whole general feel around the club. Superior Acuña
I was very pessimistic for the away game but I’m quite optimistic for tomorrow, tho nervous too obviously. I just have a feeling we’ll do it. I think after the defeat at their place and the disappointment of the Nou Camp we’ll see a good reaction. HOWAY

Colos Short and Curlies
We just need to start at full pelt, like we have at home in the champions league big games. These aren't Barcelona, they'll crumble like Spurs did a couple of years ago. If we start slow and look to grow into the game it will be a hard slog
