Been after wolt & Osula starting together for months. Judt hoping wolt isn't sitting too far off him. Got to be 2 up front, not one behind.

I think it'll be Osula left won't it? We've got no left winger otherwise. Unless Joelinton is playing there with Wolte playing as the number #10.
Either way, i'm twice as interested in the game as I was before the lineup was announced.

Happy as long it's not Hall at RB or Joelinton LW and Wolte deep in midfield.
We realistically can't get europe and shouldn't be relegated so time to experiment and try something new with Wolte pushed up with Osula feeding off him.

Wana see Hall have license to bomb forward aswell if he is LWB.

Naa, not when he clearly needs goals and a proper partner.

Wonder if Howe just wanted to put the relegation possibilities to bed before now trying some different setups with Woltemade. Fair play if so. Should be really interesting to see what the lineup looks like.

Possibly. That and some lengthy training together to make a big formation change work.

Generally always a fan of the 3-5-2 because in principle it has good balance and it enables the deployment of our battalion of massive CBs. Wing-backs need to not be shit, though.

Yeah but it makes us even worse in our attacking plays if that's even possible.

I'm not sure about saying "fair play" by that as it was our rigid system that somehow dragged us towards relegation fight in the first place

Hall and Murphy can provide width as wingbacks.

Ah, I didn't spot that. Nursing a fairly chunky hangover so my brain is struggling  ;D
