Who cedes possession to Forest!? *apart from us in that second half at SJP
-
Who knows what is true. Inc whether NFC are really after him? Chelsea are being touted but that may just be they want all of our players and Chelsea are our cash cow! Brazilian team mate Igor said in an interview that Pedro wants to live in London but no idea if a deal breaker or whether he will be offered the choice
-
I thought you might have used the seegull in terror username as a nod to our neighbours
-
I see the daft cunts still think they will comfortably stay up. Two players down already, 24 points behind the other two promoted clubs and a team full of average at best championship players. It's going to be such fun when reality hits them very quick into next season
-
Possibly but I think there will be healthy competition. Perhaps ‘get rid’ was a bit strong though. The club are happy to move him on is probably more accurate and that will be ‘subject to the right fee’. Having said that, I think his replacement(s) have already been signed so we probably need to balance the books. Part of our club’s philosophy is to allow players to move on to bigger clubs when the time is right. That is a big part of why we can attract some incredible young talent. Pedro fits this narrative but the money has to be right for Bloom, especially if he feels the player hasn’t met the club half way. Contrast that with McAllister who went to Liverpool with the club’s (and fans) blessing for a lower fee than Bloom could have obtained elsewhere. Also BDB who the club didn’t want to lose but supported his move to his boyhood club and with a below market fee.

666 days since our last first team signing.

Was with a few Forest fans over the weekend, who although said he's a good player and works well in their system, he's very much a player that plays on the break. He's less effective when teams are sitting in and ceding possession to us. Which is something we struggle massively against. Interestingly they also said Gibbs-White is also overrated. Goes missing in games and while there's flashes of brilliance, it's a little bit more sporadic than they want.
-
It's us or Chelsea atm. It's a stonking fee and he's not done enough to generate interest from abroad at that price.
-
Unless they do illegal things we should stay out of our players private life. I don't want to comment on his personal life.
-
Guess they got an offer they couldn't refuse.
-
We try to win now. Will be hard to get used to, I understand.
-
fwiw I have it on very good authority that it wasn't just him slagging about, and his wife treat him like absolute arse. Like almost abusive. Still not a good look to be seen with Geordie shore tarts, but hey ho. Less said about the outfit the better but footballers with money...
-
I genuinely find the outfit ok, but for someone like Tino. I do think there is a thing of dressing age appropriate.
-
Karma struck him so hard that day
-
FFS @Mole! Imagine suffering through the Ashley years and then tuning out when we’re regularly qualifying for the CL and winning trophies!
-
He's right though. Getting annoyed by what a grown man is wearing is weird behaviour. I'm finding it funny that a married man with 3 kids is in Ibiza/Marbella with tarts rather than saving his marriage but what do I know.
-
Fuck sake, do you have the same outfit by any chance. Come on man, it looks like something my gran would knit for a neighbour's new born. Except in large. He's also being pictured wearing it with a fkn awful individual while still married. He deserves all he gets the fkn idiot.
-
Very good and valid points as always. Question two, would you prioritise your signings/should building around this. Unless we are pulling rabbits out of hats I don't see how we do. JP Trafford Top notch CB Top notch RW With our budget. I do concur with your thoughts though, I definitely could see Eddie wanting to press in a 442 and defending deep in a 451.
-
Howe was staunchly 4-4-2 when he was at Bournemouth, right? Took him quite a few games to try 4-3-3 with us, from memory.
-
That's what Ashley did to a lot of people. Bastard!
-
I could definitely see us alternating a lot more between 4-3-3 and a 4-2-3-1 if we did sign Pedro. It gives us much more options against weaker sides. I can't see why we'd sign him unless we were leaning towards that idea. I think Howe would like the idea of somebody who can be more of a creative link between midfield and attack to change things up but I don't think he likes pure #10s in terms of lacking positional flexibility. Plus they need the physicality. Somebody like Pedro is perfect if you look at it that way.
-
I’m not a big booer but if he joins a PL team and acts the cunt against us in a game I’m going to be primed to deliver some heavy boos
-
If there's a Fofana or a Sarr they want him
