Final chance for them to get a big Saudi contract. Also and they're a lot older than we probably think I assumed Kurt Zouma was about 26 not 30

When do Sky pick their games?
-
Can't wait for Sunday. These are the games we all wanted to be involved in when we got the takeover. Everyone should be up for it and I reckon they will be.
-
Yesterday told me one thing. We’re not a kick in the arse off from really, and I meal really bringing it to the establishment. They’re not happy and it’s fucking brilliant.
-
Have we any links?
-
We're bound to be offering Calvert Lewin a deal.
-
i dont like wearing the new strip on the last day when the match has this much riding on it.

If you have an issue with anything PauloGeordio says you go through me first pal.

When I'm reincarnated I'm coming back as a bang average PL goalkeeper like. Unparalleled job security. It's a more stable career than working for the DWP.
-
I keep saying this but we need a taller keeper. If he was 7 foot tall that's saved, we probably win and would finish 2nd.
-
Surprised at Semedo and Sarabia. Unless they're nowhere near as good as I imagined.
-
Hasn't realised just how close Pope got to that Rice shot. It was really well hit and a nice finish but it's only about 2 inches from being pushed around the past. Would have been a brilliant save mind

Think he needs a long, proper break. Has effectively played the 2022/23 season (moved to us Jan 23), U21 Euros that summer, very small break to come to our US Tour, carried us for parts of 23/24 amidst injury mania, went to the real Euros, played nearly all of 24/25 along with a few injuries he’s probably still fighting back from. Throw in the alleged being offered to your boyhood club, having to sell his best mate to Forest and failing to sign his pal Guehi…time for a beach.
-
Do we give him the summer break anticipating he will pick up and if form remains as is till January do we move him on , or should a really good offer come during the summer window, do we take it, and not take the opportunity lime we should have in previous windows with players.
-
Now though, we've got banana skin nerves against us too.
-
Everton are far from shit. Moyes has stiffened up the the defense and has the whole team more organised. 3 points from them is definitely not a gimmie. I think the only teams I'd rather have are Leicester or The Saints. Even those games would be banana skins.

Somebody had mentioned Eddie has a superstition about wearing next seasons strip on the last day. -
Feel the same. Earlier today I came to think about that part in the movie Interstellar where a few of them visit that other planet and when they come back the same age every else has gotten like 40 years older.

I genuinely don’t remember the last time I was this “good” so soon after a loss. I’m feeling more proud than disappointed to be totally honest. Overall we were the better team and we looked very very solid and created quite a few chances that perhaps should have scored with a bit more luck and cutting edge. A few situations where that last edge was missing. I really liked our game plan and how we cut them open with ease. We looked fluid and aware in more or less every detail. Botman is just a class act. Burn hade done fantastically well but Botmans’s extra star ability makes a massive difference. Will be really interesting to see how we look with a hopefully fully fit and available Sven next season. Add some extra genuine technical ability and quality plus a keeper with great feet and the sky’s the limit. Obviously dependant on squad depth/injuries. I really like how we’ve been playing a couple of different systems and how quickly EH has got it spot on overall. I hope and it wouldn’t surprise me if Eddie wants an attacking midfielder and have yet another option and perhaps go more in the mould of 4-2-3-1 as well, without the typical kind of #10, but a more dynamic AMC to give something different from central midfield. Exciting times! Now let’s batter Everton and grab that CL spot and it’s been an extra amazing season.

I weirdly feel relaxed about this, I really think we'll get the win we need. -
Or like they were against Everton themselves at home back in February 2022. One of the best post-takeover atmospheres.

his heading seems to have improved this season, wonder if he's been working on it
