  1. Past hour
  2. The only major criticism that I’ve had for weeks is Wilson getting game time over Osula. Also think we need to just bring Isak off earlier as he’s clearly not fit / carrying an injury. There’s no way Wilson should be seeing twenty mins of football regularly

Given the chance to cement his place in the team for the rest of the season but put in a complete horse's arse of a performance today. The moment he just completely ran the ball out of play for a goal kick was the final straw today. Energy without any end product or wasting really good chances isn't going to cut it at this level. He seems like a canny lad but he's just not at the level we're aiming for imo, it's unfortunate but he's not going to improve either and there are also question marks about his injury record too. It's all stacking up to a move in the summer I reckon
  5. If he’s a Tonali/Bruno hybrid surely he’s far from perfect for us. We need a different a type of player in there for games like today.

    Alexander Isak

done his job with the pen when called upon. but normally has bags of energy.. there was hardly any high press and closing down keeper today. however, whole front line wasn’t at their best today so..maybe just one of those games
  7. Cole Palmer saying "shit happens" live on sky. Bright as a dark night him.

Criticise the player in a match who kept getting into positions to have any end product in the first place, despite being the best out of the 3 in midfield, because you've already decided they're not good enough. Ignore the players in midfield who kept misplacing 5 yard passes, were shrugged off the ball time and again, and were outplayed, because it's been established that they're usually very good players. Even though they all played in the same match, against the same opposition, in the same positions. Same context for their performances, different opinions. Too many want to have their cake and eat it.
  9. This was the worst decision of the lot. We’ve seen VAR intervene for challenges that were way less severe and refs give out red cards, didn’t even ask for a review and the ref didn’t see it as a yellow. Absolute howler of a decision and the type of decision that is key to why players get seriously injured
  10. Colossal game in every way, St James needs to be a bear pit of hate. I am nervous for this now though.

He's great at driving forward with the ball and getting into dangerous positions to then make something happen. Only problem is he then falls over, runs the ball out of play or mishits the ball ... Making all the good work he did up to then completely pointless. This makes him an incredibly frustrating player to watch, and makes his performances seem a lot worse than they might be. He is just so careless and wasteful when he gets into some fantastic positions. Another big problem is his defensive work, as he's pretty flimsy in the tackle and doesn't do as good a job getting back into good defensive positions. Really painful at the minute.
  12. I get the hate cos it's Liverpool, but if I'd just won the title and had nothing to play for, I'd be on the beach and would have just sent the under 18s out for a kick around and see if any were worth moving to the first team next year
  13. His shooting technique is absolutely bonkers but I love him infinitely.

I’ve always rated him higher than most, his qualities at carrying the ball are fairly unique even though he’s not a technically gifted dribbler. However, we’ve hardly seen that aspect of his game for the last few years because of injuries and not trusting his body when he is available. Today was a final straw moment for me with the penalty dive. I don’t think he’s a great fit as a squad player because of clear weaknesses in his game (not strong defensively, his confidence seems very brittle, not actually being a very good finisher or passer despite having the space to create good openings). He was a really important player for us in the past and I think he’s got a decent future ahead of him if he stays fit but I just don’t think he should be a squad player, he should be a starter for a poorer team and that will suit him much better
  15. Yeah, but they’ll end up getting it anyway.
  16. This KO time is minging but it suits Chelsea even less
  17. Only the cup final had more hanging on it. If Forest lose tomorrow and Villa get beat by Bournemouth it might become a must not lose by kick off rather than a must win, but IMO a defeat and CL dreams are over.
  18. Not like Chelsea need the CL money. They'll be getting £60m in the summer from Infantino's pet project anyway.
  19. It's always has been: Brighton D Chelsea W Arsenal L Everton W That will be enough. We haven't slipped up today.

End product produced absolutely nothing, dived for a pen and got hooked where we immediately looked better - but he's getting "pelters" Right
  21. Liverpool just made a mockery of the integrity of the league with that line up. Fair enough if it's two teams with nothing to play. They had no reason to rest players - they've nothing else to play for.
