I'd agree with that too. Any team can lose games but the manner in which we're losing them just isn't acceptable. We're not getting unlucky here, we're not getting stitched up by the ref or VAR or whatever, we're being completely outplayed and losing deservedly. We've barely put a fight up despite taking the lead today and last week. We've completely backed off and sat on the lead and shipped 3 to both teams in the process. It's just not fucking good enough and I'm blaming the players as much as I am Howe for that. That spark and fizz that ran throughout every performance has totally disappeared. The gut punches in September to Liverpool and Arsenal seem to have completely knocked the stuffing out of the entire club

There's so much wrong with the football we're producing at the minute it's hard to put your finger on it, let alone correct it. I honestly couldn't tell you what the plan is these days. There's no discernable patterns, there's no energy or spark, no movement or enthusiasm. The players constantly look pissed off and negative, the passing is shocking, we can't retain possession, we seem to always want to dwell on the ball a second too long, we struggle to break the press. We don't press other teams any longer and we're still flat in midfield, one pass takes out 5 players. We're rotating players to keep them fresh but they look shattered after 20 mins. It's a complete mess. And that's before we look at formations, subs and other manager decisions. He inherited a side that was soft as shit and we were the team everyone wanted to play against. Easiest fixture on the calendar for other clubs. Slowly the mentality changed and we became horrible nasty cunts who everyone feared, it was a complete 180. Performances so far suggest to me that we're no longer that team and we've reverted back towards being soft as fuck and a pushover again. Brentford played well today but they weren't Brazil 1970, they just did the basics properly and wanted it more. I also fear we've been sussed and are really predictable and passive, managers know exactly what's coming and play through us. Last point - after last Sunday I expected a reaction from the players. West Ham was dreadful and the fact we've come back to London and put it that fucking shambles would suggest that Howe wasn't even close to getting his message across or, worst case scenario, they've stopped playing for him and want him out. Either way it's a huge half a dozen games for him, drop into the bottom 3 in December and I think they'll sack him. Massively worried for him and not convinced he'll get the time to pull it around this time

Not going to pile in on Burn tonight, he's been completely hung out to dry out there fur the last 5 weeks. He's done his best, he's not been adequately supported by Joelinton, Gordon and Ramsey and other managers have targeted him quite rightly. It's been coming tbh, just as his Boxing Day rinsing versus Forest was too. He's done his best but it's now time to address it. We've been unlucky to lose Hall and Tino simultaneously but other options should have been tried

He's going to have to be careful tbh. He's been on this position a few times and always managed to go on a run and get us up the league and he's going to have to pull another run out after the Internationals. If he doesn't and this malaise continues then I honestly think he'll get sacked. It won't be our decision, it'll be up to the board and I'm not sure they'll be as patient as a lot of us are on here

They're squeezing every last drop out of their new squad, the way the fixtures have fallen and seem to capitalise on a staggering amount of mistakes that their opponents make. They're outperforming in many metrics but it's also absolutely fair enough, they're organised and working hard, they've got a plan for each game and they're executing it really well, there's no point in trying to deny it. I do think they'll fade as the season goes on and drop down and finish about 13th but they'd have been more than happy with that in July. We just need to focus on ourselves and let these cunts take care of themselves, it's a very, very tight league this year and a bad month could see a team rising or falling by 7 or 8 places. Long way to go yet, things will correct themselves

I'm similar tbh, it's unusual and loads will hate it and that's often the case. I'm just loathe to pile in when kit suppliers go for something a bit different, it ca go horribly wrong but at least it's a bit unique. There's only so many things you can do with black and white stripes and it's often a case of 'damned if they do and damned if they don't' - they keep it similar and people whinge, they go for something a bit quirky and people whinge. Each to their own but we'll just have to wait and see when it's released

He's been going through the motions (at best) for a long time now. His levels of output, threat and effort have dipped from a couple of years ago and I'd love to know why. Looks unfit, unbothered, unmotivated, unhappy and largely disinterested for most of his time on the pitch for us. The fact we mostly look better when he's not on the pitch shouldn't be lost on anyone, he's been a bit of a passenger for far too long
