This paints a pretty interesting picture for fat Ange 8 points out of 48 available from top half teams for example
-
Forest suddenly look very catchable tbh. They've got the points on the board but a battering tonight and who knows how they'll react
-
Have seen a few of his interviews and thought the guy interviewing him at the time has basically been goading him into a reaction. Really provocative questions to get him to boot off and it's been pretty obvious I've also seen him being an obnoxious, rude and disrespectful cunt tbph. In the middle of their slump he couldn't even look at the person interviewing him, mumbling the same old shit, moaning about the ref or the injuries and was coming across as an utter prick. His mask definitely slipped this season and I think he's way closer to being a cunt rather than being sound
-
Accepted, he does need to look after it a bit better......but what a player though
-
Really, really, really want CL but the consolation prize of EL still puts us in a fantastic position to go deep in that comp (loads of home games, bump up the ticket revenue etc) but it also gives us realistic shot at actually winning it too. Looking at the sides still left in this year and I'd make us one of the favourites to win it from here. Raises the profile of the club, another potential trophy and would lead to CL qualification too. CL is the genuine goal but there are also big benefits to the EL too, it wouldn't be the end of the world by any stretch
-
Still find it astonishing more people didn't go 'A' on him last month. For shame
-
This Spurs team should be so much better than this like. There's genuine talent there but it's just not being shown, I know they've had huge injuries but that's a good team on paper tonight but they look absolutely fucking shit on the park. There are fundamental issues at that club that run from the boardroom to the dressing room, they may be one of the Big 6 financially but they're just another mid table team where it matters
-
Soft as puppy shit
-
Would be quite nice if they actually showed up for once and did us a bit of a favour. Problem being they roll over so easily away from home and they've got absolutely nothing to play for (domestically). They'll be going all in for the EL now, they'll fuck the league off completely - starting tonight probably* *launches reverse jinx
-
Is this lad one of their 'generational talents' or do they have more than one?
-
Jesus, they're utter pigshit these days. Absolute dross
-
Exactly. They've found and exploited loophole after loophole and it's all been waved through by the PL as 100% legit. The more ridiculous it sounds the more of a joke they appear to be. Not much different from a cynical side stopping attack after attack with tackles in the middle third and the ref allowing them to get on with it. At some point you have to say "well if they're always going to get away with it then why would they stop? No sanction at all, don't blame them"
-
Bet you still got her number though you absolute fucking rascal
-
Yep. It'll go exponentially ballistic mate
-
I don't disagree but I think that's cancelled out by the people who would love to go but currently don't bother with the ballot as the prospect of an 80% failure isn't worth my time or effort. The demand to see this team is huge, the opposition is largely irrelevant. Hundreds of thousands of people just want to see NUFC play football against someone
-
I could well be in the minority here but I think we'd fill 70k for any competitive fixture we played. The lowest demand I can imagine would be a L3 team up here in he LC on a Tuesday night but even that would eventually sell out, with sensibly priced tickets, imo. How often would that happen though? Once every couple of years? Any domestic fixture - sold out, the overwhelming majority of European fixtures - sold out. The demand to see this team is already through the roof and there are thousands of fans who don't even bother to try and get tickets now as the demand is already sky high. Now we've won the first one we're only going to get bigger, better and attract more and more fans from other countries Build it once, make it huge
-
Yeah, I meant if City or Forest finish top 5, and either win the cup, it's EL for 6th and 7th? Didn't make it clear
-
So where does that leave 6th and 7th places then? Assuming City and Forest finish top 5, would both 6th and 7th be Europa or just 6th?
-
That would be a bit too far, as would half and half like Blackburn, but I just like the fact they've at least put some thought into it and tweaked it
-
If that's the shirt then I'm a fan. I can understand the hate but I've mentioned before that there's only so much you can do with black and white stripes, they have to come up with ways to mix it up a little and the variable gradation of the stripes makes it different to every other Newcastle home kit. It would look even better if the stripes were on the back too but that's a battle we're not winning unfortunately. At some point they need to mix it up or we just kit every year with virtually any significant differences. Damned if they do, damned if they don't etc

Apart from the worst Man U team of the last 30 years because he was too fucking lazy to even run about

In theory the next 5 seasons of Isak's career should be his absolute peak. He's already generally regarded as one of the top strikers in the world, is proven in multiple Leagues and is still getting better and better. I'm not surprised other huge clubs want him and would love to sign him, it's inevitable and he's bound to be in demand. That doesn't mean we can't turn down every bid that potentially comes in for him though, he's essentially priceless imo The only thing that changes things is if he's making noises about actually wanting a move away, that would mean we have to cash in but I think it's unlikely this summer and sincerely hope he signs a shiny, bumper new contract soon. He's magnificent

Absolute shitpinger for Sweden

Captain Steak Bakes (now managing Blackpool/revising history)

Immediate, weapons-grade chomp from the fat pig. The fact he's rattled enough to feel the need to have a direct pop back at him tells everyone that it's hit a nerve because every single word Gayle said is true. He's fucking clueless, he's fucking lazy and he's fucking incompetent. His name and reputation as a player is the only reason he's lingered around milking each job for as long as he can. He's an utter piece of stinking, mouldy shit
