every club could say they shouldn't be where they are...hartlepool had they backed clough a little, huddersfield had they bought st john and someone else who's name i can't remember like shankley wanted. all clubs are where they deserve to be. Even the likes of Wigan? They got more points than the teams that finished in 18th, 19th and 20th so why not? This is true. Just a bit hard to see Wigan playing PL games when their fan base/history is virtually non-existant. To say it grates a bit is an understatement. The likes of Wolves and Burnley I can accept....but Wigan?? It vexes me. It's a bitch isn't it? Absolute waste of a PL place - the same with Hull. Actually misread the context of madras's comment tbh. He's actually right but it doesn't seem 'right' for Wigan to beplaying in the top flight but there you go. C'est las vie.

We thought the away game was going to be tough, but in the end we turned them over pretty easily. Fingers crossed for the same again. Hope you're right. Just got a bad feeling about this one.

First home loss of the season. We're due a loss and we look shite atm. 1-3.
-
Any manager that can stand on the touchline and not change formation, tempo or personnel despite having a man advantage in a vital away game deserves all the flack he gets. Dropping 2 points on Saturday was directly down to his cowardice. Leaving Nicky Butt on for the full game was disgraceful. Fans don't forget games like Saturday and the alarm bells are ringing loud and clear with the folk I've spoken to about it.

Wrong. So very wrong. Milner, Walcott, Lennon. There's 3 reasons why.
-
Beckham shouldn't even be in the squad man.
-
Don't think Capello will want to rock the boat too much, maybe hopes that it'll die down soon enough.
-
Know absolutely nothing about the lad so I'll reserve judgement until I've seen him play. He's clearly not going to be fantastic but he might just be good enough. We'll see.
-
Not reading all that Mike.
-
Surely not even the mackems are that stupid to sign 2 RB's in one night, are they?
-
The effort he put into getting on to the end of Nani's pass was exceptional. Gave 3 Arsenal players a 20 yard start and still beat them over a 90 yard sprint. He's fucking awesome.
-
Complete snoozefest. Nothing new or of any importance that we didn't already know.
-
Maybe they need a kick up the arse? Certainly not playing with the same urgency or tempo as we had in the first part of the season.
-
Absolutely clueless tonight. Started with the wrong team, failed to change formation or personnel quickly enough and is far too cautious even against 10 men. Those 2 points he cost us tonight might just come back to haunt us in May unless this spineless little wanker of a manager realises we're going to have to keep on winning to go up. I'd sack the cunt tomorrow if I could.

Hughton - you're a fucking prick.
-
If we don't take advantage here and win this, Hughton wants fucking shooting. I can sort of understand being a bit cagey against good teams away from home but not against a team down to 10 who've lost their last 3. Grow a spine and make the change Hughton.

Shocking line-up that. Fuck all wrong with playing 2 wingers and 2 strikers away from home. I'd usually say that Hughton has seen Forest get beaten and is being cautious but the spineless fucker has been picking negative teams and playing long-ball, containing football all season. -
Getting Geremi out the door might ease the financial burden. Can't do any harm, can it? £65k a week off the wage bill will free up some cash...
-
I think we'll sign him for £5m on Monday. Just a hunch.

Really tough game this. If we score first I think we'll go on and get a few. I think we'll sneak it about 3-2. Last minute winner or a dodgy penalty or something stupid like that. -
Why? It looks fucking toss.
-
TOSSER Bit harsh, he's only telling you it's down.

Can't see us getting him. Fairly sure the administrators at Palace are hawking him round as he's probaly the one player they've got who's worth a lot of cash and can pay a lot of bills. Also fairly sure there will be bigger and better clubs in for him who could easily outbid us, Forest or WBA. Nice to be in for him but don't think we stand a chance of getting him. More's the pity.
