When you've got fuk all its worth taking a reasonable risk on someone, Barnes, Arshivan is a reasonable risk imo. I think your points are debatable, certainly not laughable. I do think Ronaldo is more consistent and and refined, but he is older. Messi is really injury prone and is already a player who you cannot rely on or build a team around. Not sure about commercial, but again reckon the twat has the edge, and a move like this would generate mass hype. As for players i think the clubs are the attraction rather than certain individuals (at this level) and even though Messi has the better given talent, but he possibly hasn't done as much with it compared to Ronaldo who's contribution really did help Manu win the double this season. Messi is better than Ronaldo was at the age of 20 though. I did say Messi has the better given talent, and i did say Ronaldo is older and more refined, so...yeah, were right.
