This has got to be bad for England team morale to be honest. The choice is do we want better team spirit without Terry in the team, or worse team spirit with Terry in the team. Personally I think Terry isn't cut out for European level, let alone international plus he is off form. Therefore I'd drop him.

Would want the best back four possible really, and I think Williamson is a lot better centre back than Simpson is a right back and that Taylor is a better right back than Simpson. Unfortunately there is a reason that Simpson's attempts to establish himself in the PL have failed.

The Big Four is just a myth spread by global marketing. Playoffs aren't needed. Some clubs will improve some will destroy themselves and the balance of power will constantly change over time.

It is right to want players just before they peak, or near the start of their peak as that is something we've got massively wrong in the past. However, the £15,000 better be for this division only, as even a half decent 21 year old will want more than that and we have to be competitive.

Leave it to the referees discretion. If it is deliberate, stick with the red as is clearly unsporting behaviour, and the player chose to commit the foul and give away the penalty. He could have shown some intelligence and not made the foul. However, if the ref thinks the defender made a genuine attempt to play the ball, or in the case of a non-intentional hand ball incident blocking a shot a yellow should be sufficient.

I suppose at some clubs lower down the divisions, those fans who can't go to games would never see any substantial match action, so I can see why people would want to buy.

That squad looks a bit too rigid in my opinion. I'd prefer to have a couple of utility players in some areas to accommodate an extra attacking midfielder or striker.

It is a carrot you can only use once though, so chances are one of the current crop of strikers will be wearing that number next season, so who will get it?
