The FA rules are a bit like the old sink or float witch trial test. When dunked in the water, if you float you are a witch so you'll be burned to death. If you drown you weren't a witch after all.

It's not like he plays like that every game.

Leicester don't half have some fight in them. 2-0 to 2-2. They don't accept they are beaten. I wish our players had half the fight of the Leicester team.

Why the fuck would a Liverpool fan be on a Newcastle United forum when Klopp has just signed to manage your club? To tell us Keegan was a failure and his time meant nothing because he won nothing? I hate these entitled pricks. Nevermind the journey or the memories, it's only the end result that matters?

I'd have grave doubts about his character if he really wants to leave Nice after 2 successful months.
-
Before the West Ham game Ashley said he'd spend whatever it takes to get us back in to the Premiership if we were relegated. I don't see why he'd have changed his mind about that 12 months later, especially considering the rewards for being in the Premiership have increased hugely since then. Nufc is worth less than 10% of Ashley's total worth. I'm sure he would stick out one season in the Championship.

We don't qualify for an emergency loan. Are there any out of contract goalkeepers worth considering and if so, would we be allowed to register them to play or is that closed until January?
-
The Chronicle says Darlow has been seen wearing a protective boot so he won't be fit anytime soon. Why no official report of his injury from the club?

I don't like Liverpool at all but I'd like to see Klopp's "heavy metal football" win out against the teams who play what he calls "football chess". Football is supposed to be a form of entertainment after all.

Derby County had 1 victory in 38 games in the 2007/2008 season. That was against SA's Newcastle. Derby took 4 of their season total 11 points off Nufc. It would have been 6 points off Nufc if it wasn't for a late equaliser. "We're shit and we're sick of it" was the chant that got him fired. Enjoy your football Sunderland fans.

I can think of a bigger one.

History has been rewritten by pundits in the media and other idiots to say we got relegated the season we sacked Allardyce. "They'd never have got relegated if they hadn't sacked Allardyce". We got relegated the following season.
-
If we go down that's 6 points they can't get the next season if they stay up. Also, watching Allardyce football in the Premiership or winning games in the Championship.
-
It's not like they've won the lottery by signing Allardyce. They may get to survive in the Premiership. They may not. Either way, they definitely get to watch Allardyce's 'style' of football.
-
Even if Allardyce does keep them up, to what end? I bet the fans of the 3 teams who got relegated last season (QPR, Burnley and Hull) are enjoying this season more in the Championship (current standings are QPR 11th, Burnley 6th and Hull 5th) than fans of Newcastle, Sunderland and Aston Villa are enjoying life in the Premiership.

Even if they get 6 points off us again this season I doubt it will be enough to keep them up. Even if they do stay up what do they have to look forward to? Another season of misery fighting relegation. If we get relegated and they don't, they lose the only game they are bothered about.

If the season finished with us in 20th and them in 19th they'd claim it as a victory. NETD is all that counts. Not in a season which finishes with us above them. Anyway, Newcastle United and Sunderland are like two bald men fighting over a comb while others look on and laugh.

Even if he lost every penny he has ever spent on NUFC it's still next to nothing to him.
