This was exactly how I was. I was tearing up every time I tried to join in with the first few singalongs. I would find myself looking round at the crowd to try and absorb what it all meant, scarf wrapped round my head, and randomly just shouting "YES!" or similar and twirling the scarf when my ability to speak without bawling returned. The most euphoric, emotional, yet surreal experience I've probably ever had (when not intoxicated/pumped full of anaesthetic).
