I've lost count of how many times I've needed a player card, they concede a pen, and don't get booked. Do refs just not wave them for pens any more? Ake in the Community Shield was the best one. Needed him for a 70/1 shot, the ref booked two other City players for dissent after complaining about the pen but not Ake for conceding it.

Norwich should go for Bruce and Villa for Southgate. Both experienced British managers who know the club.
