Was what finally saw me chuck in the Patreon, had enjoyed having the podcasts on when out and about CPNing. They got rid of the actual match going, local lads and have been like Chicken Little at every slight set back since towards the end of last season. Got to a point where I couldn’t finish an episode without calling them twats and turning it off

Did we win at Stamford Bridge this season like?

Unless you look on FaceBook where this is an insult to Salah and proof of a conspiracy against him 🤦🏻♂️

Needs to done by 'Boro and the Mackems then, as despite what the Daily Mail would have you believe Teeside and County Durham are the worst places per capita for knife crime on this Isle. -
Which is just proof that XG is deeply flawed in its calculation. How they had an XG of nearly 4 in their game against us was wild. They had two good chances, but the rest was punt and hope

Odd take, his touch and technique was fine, he was just physically outmuscled. Not really a surprise he's a slight 17 yr old ffs

That Cruyff turn to mug off a Spurs player was beautiful just then 🤣

I mean we haven’t been out of the PL for nearly a decade either, they suffer the same situation as Man City used to. They had a hardcore of somewhere between 25-30k which can be boosted when they’re "doing well', but isn’t sustainable in the lean times. Which is why them building the SOL solely to have a bigger capacity than the 36k SJP had at the time was always a folly

I mean he won them a European trophy and saw them qualify for Europe for a few seasons too, which in my lifetime is a fair over achievement for them.

I’d hope being at home would mean the officials were less likely to allow those kind of tackles to stand tbf -

Actually think Palace get a fair few tourists due to Ted Lasso, as bizarre as it sounds -
I'd understand that logic if they had and recent history of young players realising their potential at that club. Rooney and Ronaldo was a LONG time ago now man, there is no patience for players to learn on the job there in the last 10 years, they need players who can not only hit the ground running, but can deal with the weight of the shirt. FFS we've seen players wilt when pulling on our shirt when things weren’t going well and I’d argue the pressure at Newcastle is nowhere near that at Man Utd, even if in reality it’s probably been closer than Froggy would like to admit these past 3 years.

Who had totally flopped the year before at Chelsea, I don’t know why anyone thought signing him was a good idea. Even when he was apparently good he was pretty much anonymous every time I watched Chelsea play

It’s not exactly difficult to see the point Kaka is trying to make here, unless you’re trying to be deliberately obtuse. Yoro, like Hojlund was bought for a fee which should and could’ve bought an established first team player, not someone they hope might be that in a few years. It was double the fee we paid for Botman, who was more proven in the same league.

Much like Duran the other week you can never 100% accurately judge intent, but Kulu definitely braces before the contact with Gordon in at least one replay angle I’ve seen. Even if it’s not intentional, it’s given as a free kick in any other area of the pitch -

It wasn’t just the Gordon challenge though, I think it was about two or three minutes before the Botman booking, Bruno was on a break and Porro (if I remember correctly) stepped across him and clearly obstructed and fouled Bruno, only for him to be allowed to carry on. Which made what happened with Maddison slightly later all the more infuriating, as Botman didn’t move and Maddison initiates the contact. -

Said exactly than on Bluesky and as much as I generally enjoy Ally on co-comms he and his fellow ex-pros are the worst for not knowing the rules. It infuriates me given that they’re paid to comment on the game, ffs spend a bit of time doing some research, it’s literally what you’re paid to do. Do you think you would get away with not knowing the shit pertaining to your job as frequently as these clowns do? -
@Mods change this twats display name to Drill Bit please, for lack of self awareness if nothing else 🤦🏻♂️

Has anything like that happened under the current ownership? I don't know if you realised but Ashley left 3 years ago God some of our fanbase really could do with therapy

You've made a bit of a tit of yourself here 😂
