FA trying to curry favour with Eddie’s mags. The tide has turned boys
-
Yeah, I think the argument for us getting a top 4 place means less for us long-term than it does for the other clubs that are used to it. If we force one out we’re massively weakening a rival. Therefore we should be doing everything we can to get there this season. Who cares how we get on in Europe next season and whether it’s too soon for our squad. We’ll be crushing a rival by taking their spot which will only make it easier to consolidate a top four place for us in the long-term

Chelsea are essentially that kid you know from growing up who won the lottery and then spent it all on hookers and drugs, I reckon they’ve got another couple of hedonistic years in them and then there’s going to be a period of penniless rehab to follow
-
His reactions to save with his feet are exceptional, his general reaction time when the ball is really close to him is the best I’ve seen for us. He just seems to instinctively move his body to cover the danger so well. Given had incredible reactions and pulled off some of the most remarkable saves but he didn’t use his body to close down the space and then instinctively move to block shots at really tight range like Pope does. Pope is genuinely a world class keeper in everything apart from kicking and technique with the ball at his feet

Fuck’s sake, he really needs game time
-
It’s clearly absolute nonsense though, don’t think we need to give it another moment’s thought
-
One of those things though isn’t it, played at their absolute highest level because they were up against the best. They can’t maintain that level. Also, they were extremely organised but they offered fuck all going forwards. There’s not a huge amount of goals in that side
-
Frankie de Tory sounds like he’s losing his mind in those quotes, he’s all over the place. One more bad result in the league next and he’s gone like
-
I think they look great but we all know that mentally they’ve been the weakest of the ‘top’ clubs for a decade. I don’t think it’ll take much for them to start faltering, if they drop more points in at least two of the next five games I think they’ll start panicking and their level will drop
-
Hahahaha, this is amongst the worst Twitter ITK reveals I’ve ever seen. Aye, let’s pay over £40m more than a player’s worth to get someone who is very similar to Sean Longstaff
-
Yeah, him and Nickson went over, no?
-
What’s this, has Eddie said something about him being free to go out on loan or is it paper talk?
-
Those Chelsea wages are mad, a bunch of the players on top are either going downhill or should never have been on that money ever. Whereas, some of their better players are on a comparative pittance where they’re probably having to choose between heating and eating
-
Going to turn up in the Bigg market tomorrow night, guaranteed
-
Who are Chelsea going to drop a hundred million on next? They absolutely love going for defenders and midfielders so you can be sure they’re not going to actually spend the money on the position they need most, a 1 in 2 goalscorer
-
Few more poor results for Chelsea and Potter is going to be under major pressure. Can’t wait for the wheels to come off
-
Rico Lewis is 18 and looks like a fantastic player already, extremely comfortable on the ball, drifts between positions and has good movement but it’s the quality of his ball retention and passing that makes me think he’ll be a huge player for years in the Premier league
-
Best thing Grealish has done at City, that. Perfect pass
-
One of the poorer displays I’ve seen from de Bruyne
-
Nonstop misplaced passes here, great tempo though
-
Maybe he’s released a new version of Helios. Jokes aside, I would like him to have signed a new contract as he has huge talent. Even if he doesn’t have a long-term future here it benefits us to tie him down to a longer deal
-
We need someone to put together some Michael Owen dossiers on shit players and get them over to Todd Boehly as soon as possible
-
We need Man U to falter. I’m fairly sure Spurs won’t make top 4 this season but Man U look like they will currently. They keep grinding out results when not playing particularly well but they’re only to get more confident and better organised under Ten Hag. Rashford coming into form is the danger
-
She sounds absolutely mental

That’s the kind of finish you have nightmares about for your whole career, especially if you don’t become a top player and have positive moments to eclipse it
