Superb. Such a shame we cant clone him to play higher up the pitch too.

1-0 Sissoko. Another dreadful performance with the 3 points papering over the cracks, for now... -
Yohan Cabaye (now sporting coordinator at Paris Saint-Germain)

Hope this petulant little twat doesn't take Anita's place tomorrow, should be playing ahead of Tiote still though. -
Looks very shaky at times but I get the distinct impression its a case of waiting for him to come good, he shows often that hes a very tidy player and its just all about getting that consistency in a new league, on first glances though I would have to say he needs be a little less complacent with certain over ambitions passes and dribbles at the back and also seems very weak in the air for a big lad.
-
Thought he looked awful in the first 20-30 minutes if I'm honest, really came into his own as the game went on but would get ripped apart in the premier league, encouraging though I suppose.

Times in our season where we finished fifth that those two were immense. You can't take that away from any of them. 11/12 they had some great games together no denying that but then Tiote turned into Alan Smith and cabaye had his "depression" Saturday is probably the first time I've seen a decent central midfield performance since 11/12.
-
I felt that Moussa and Vurnon looked a much better match than Tiote and Cabaye overall.

Don't like the way Pardew has seemingly just laughed off the Taylor incident, seen some quotes earlier where he said he thought it was silly and that he said sorry to the lads as if it was just a bit of a laugh or something, probably me just reading too much into it but I think he should have been given a level 10 bollocking not just patted on the back and told it was silly. No wonder our players seem to like Pardew so much they probably just get away with anything they want.

Unreal how people are so quick to jump to this conclusion. I actually think you are Alan Pardew. You're such a gaylord you must be him.
-
Even without Cabaye, Tiote wouldn't be in the midfield for me, would want Anita the deepest of a 3 man midfield building the attacks alongside Sissoko and Marv the furthest forward of the 3, would be a bit lightweight though it has to be said.
-
Think his passing and his ball control leave a lot to be desired to be honest, at least he looked like he gave a f*** though.
-
I would wholeheartedly rather have Gus Poyet in charge, at least his Brighton team seemed to play positively and achieve relative success.
-
Change your name. I really need to speak to the powers that be about that, makes me angry every time I log in.
-
What is the point of Tiote? Hes not even any good at the stuff he is supposed to be good at, pressing, tackling etc.... an absolute waste of a shirt.
-
The problem lies with the tactics for the most part so its hard to justify blaming certain players over others but that performance from Debuchy last night was far worse than I ever saw from Simpson and I hated Simpson with a passion.
-
I watched an hour of their game and thought they looked decent but just folded like a pack of cards after they conceded. Di Canio really is a ticking time bomb and a few more results like that and I think they'll implode.

52 points so far for me with Huddlestone, Vertonghen, Hazard and a sub (Livermore or Ramage) still to play.

Van Persie © saving my day as has been the case for the last 2 seasons.
