Just by who I always used to sign on Football Manager waayyyyy back when, Henri Saivet. Was this great forward player before we bought him, by which time he was a defensive mid who had one good game at Everton, got dropped and was barely heard from again.

I pretty much only watch the Eddie press conferences and The Toon Review. It's grown on me a fair bit but there are parts that properly bring out the petty rage in me A shitty dance track intro for a minute, and then another (albeit very good) intro. Only 1 of the 3 is a Geordie (but I do enjoy the other two's input), fans can pay for a "Superchat" that gets read out straight away but all the host then says is "indeed" after each one. I've never understood the point of this. The interplay between them is good though, the stats part is educational and informative and the watch along commentary is good. I put that on if I can't watch the match but have access to YT so I can hear what's going on. The host Geordie holds the comms together really well I feel. Their backgrounds and presentation look professional enough and the absolute disdain for steve bruce is a bonus.

It was exactly this; spurs bias through and through. Barmby and Anderton (and Sheringham to a certain extent) are key examples but don't forget ian walker, competent but hardly the best goalkeeping choice at the time, even at spurs never mind England.

I saw this documentary about an American coach who came over to the UK and worked wonders with an underperforming London club. I hope they don't go for him, he was a really nice bloke.

Watching the review shows, main media outlets, youtube channels etc and they've all been "wahhhhhh, what has happened to our poor ickle man u"? with little, mostly zero mention, of how good we are and the miracles that Eddie has worked since coming in. Now I totally understand that from man u fan channels but when the mainstream just concentrate on their precious 90's wank focus it pisses me off a bit. And THEN a boatload of man u fans claim that there is some sort of conspiracy of hate against them. I don't get it, the media fawns over them, discusses them constantly and many of the presenters even buy into them forcing their arrogant <whiny voice> "united" onto the nation. There also seems to be a ton of entitlement from them where they feel they have a given right to be challenging for every possible honour when that's not who they are anymore. Long gone are the days of ferguson, stam, keane et al screaming in ref's faces until they get their way and the tedium of them winning everything. Maybe the footballing world should give them the "deluded mancs" tag, except that would imply their fans are from Manchester.
