I'd still like to know where this was from, but I totally agree and Rafa seems to demonstrate this (the Taylor substitution for example).

A coward who sided with the regime, never spoke out, went missing for long periods of time, his annual trips back to Argentina during the season due to conveniently timed suspensions and injuries and being instrumental in getting rid of Hatem. Yes, he was good in the championship and the season after but I associate him most with the pardew era, the losing mentality we had seemed to emanate from this guy, which carried on under carver and then mcclaren. The fact he was still here meant, in part at least, that we couldn't get another good centre back in. The way he dropped his head, wasn't vocal and was in some cases downright diabolical when he played would not have encouraged others around him at all. Newcastle has been ill, and this guy was a tumour that wasn't helping us in getting better. I am glad he is gone.

As pardew screams in fury, in nips Ben Arfa who twats him with a chair.

Don't care. I realise it was initially made as a humorous observation, but a debate whether they get they pay in euros or not is exceedingly dull. I want to hear about who we might be signing etc

Im still not a fan because he is a massive pardew lover and also I really hate it when a goalkeeper has the same name as an outfield player, albeit a former one. especially a one from our club. Irrational, but it irks me.

The experienced centre half we bring in. Or Townsend if we have to pick existing players.

I work for BT and we get 100's of complaints a week about Owen. Can you do anything about it? Pass it on to someone who reviews the complaints?

He said himself, he knew what this regime was all about and he still accepted. He was quite happy for the mediocrity and the exploitation of fan's hopes and dreams to continue whilst he just put on a stupid smirk that wasn't pardew's. I don't loathe him as much as pardew or Ashley but he's on the colo level of disdain.

I know it's been said before on here but I don't care if I'm repeating the sentiment. I've been reading some of the recent Rafa pieces in the Chron and he just oozes class, common sense, competence and professionalism which garners my trust to the Nth degree. This guy has done more in a few short weeks to reignite this club than any of these so called managers/head coaches before him over the last few years. Still getting a warm fuzzy feeling when I think about him being our boss.

I really hope this is true. I want rid of him more than anyone else. All the usual reasons (he's cack, cowardly, a liar, his inability to be a captain, a backer of the regime, the HBA stuff, that f**king letter etc) but more importantly he can relinquish the number 2 shirt so a f**king right back can have it and things will be right with the world.
