  1. I'm not too worried about Pope getting injured, and there's no rules that say he can't play in the cup games. Think we're likely going to put out a strong team against Palace if we want to progress.
  2. Every single page in here is a google result from searching the cunts name. I haven't got a clue what that means in any real context, but I know it's invaluable to the insufferable prick.
  3. I'm all for the transfer, for a number of reasons, but not because he wants away. If he wants away then I don't see the point in risking him coming back. Sign a permanent move.
  4. Although i suspect the truth is I just want the plank to have one great personal performance, and we can applaud him off the pitch, before he disappears. He deserves our support as much as any other player. And probably needs it more.
  5. Not even sure how that happened. Maybe I think Maxi will be rested, and that will represent the only attacking change.
  6. Kinda leaves us in limbo, though. we can't really buy a back-up keeper if there's a chance of Dubs returning next season. Hopefully the powers that be have worked out a deal the benefits us in some way, because it all looks one way, to me. I've no desire to hold him back, he owes us nothing but his 3 year contract, and can see why he wants the move. I guess we just have to hope Pope doesn't get injured this season, and Howe can work his wonders on Darlow.
  7. Taking advantage of the offer of gas and air, just like any father to be should.
  8. I agree. But think Eddie will go with one or the other. It could work, Anderson gives Maxi somebody he can trust, and Anderson can provide for Wood. Clearly Wood's strength [as developed at Burnley] is picking up scraps in the box, and he needs somebody to set up those scraps. Anderson or Isak can do that.
  9. Aye. For a brief [naïve] moment, I thought they were heading up a campaign to protect the common man. But no, it's just them protecting their own ability to earn in their short career.
  10. I know it's crazy, but I'm going to imagine they have a friendly rivalry going on. They're looking to join up next season, at the club who does best this season. Obviously transfers are more complicated than that. I just like the idea of them having a bit of fun between themselves.
  11. You treat people how you would hope you were treated if the roles were reversed. Otherwise the whole world goes to shit.
  12. Seems ridiculous to say we could have won, given how late our equaliser was, but we had 3 excellent chances to win it.
  13. Hooray. Let's all celebrate the fact that we can easily dismiss complaints about the Saudi regime, because everybody is a twat in their own right.
  14. I know what his point is. I was just adding an 'especially'.
  15. I don't understand it, especially with Wood struggling to get involved. First time Almiron popped up on the left he created a perfect chance that was well defended.

    Joe Willock

It wasn't half arsed, it was just half a second slow. He got there, but he didn't get there in time to do anything else. If he gets his feet in position he can flick out a toe to deflect it. I really don't thin it's a lack of effort on his part, I just think he's a little unfocused.
  17. Trouble for me is that it's obvious to everybody that he isn't good enough for where we want to be, so what's the point in raising it every 5 minutes?
  18. Wolves defended well today, tbf.
  19. I think in the long run we'll benefit from fewer long term injuries. He's very cautious, I think this is why he puts so much stock in eveybody being on the same page. He knows everybody will be called upon.
  20. Too early to say but we had Maxi and Trips looking uncomfortable today. Fingers crossed, because that would be our four most important players missing. I'm not prepared to concede defeat, as I'm sure Howe will work out our best opportunity to get something.
