That’s probably pretty close to being bang on average, as depressing as that is for balloters of every game.

I think the last data they published had the ballot success rate at 10-12%, so when you factor in there’ll be people out there who’ve only entered 2 or 3 ballots and won one, it doesn’t take incredible amounts of bad luck to almost be going through an entire season without winning one, as frustrating as that obviously is.

Depends how you want to view it? Did they find themselves in this situation and have to pivot to using the stadium to get themselves out of it? Or, did they always know they had the stadium to fall back on, so were comfortable in running to a certain level of debt, because they knew they had it covered?
